staying here was a fantastic experience, as it was just a short walk to the beautiful Halls Gap Botanical Gardens and great eateries like Sen Vietnamese Restaurant, which made my weekend city strolls so enjoyable.

Staying here was a delight, especially with the outdoor dining area that offered a stunning view while sizzling up some food on their BBQ. The room was spotless and oh-so-comfy, making coming back from a day of hiking a real treat.

The bathroom got a bit chilly, and the toilet flush wasn’t the strongest. I also found the hot water flow to be as unpredictable as a local weather forecast. It’d be ace to have a smart TV with Netflix on hand, too!

It was just a great match for a getaway in Halls Gap with very good value for money. The campfire evenings were memorable, with the hosts making sure the fire was always going while we enjoyed stargazing. Bring warm clothes for the chilly nights outside.

We had an amazing time here, soaking in the breathtaking countryside views and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit under a stunning night sky. The gardens were beautiful for relaxing, and the BBQ area made for some fun outdoor meals. Just a tiny note, a bit of a draft came through the door at night, but it didn't take away from the charm at all. 😊

Had an awesome time! The view from the outdoor area was breathtaking,, with kangaroos and emus wandering around. The unit was spotless and had all the essentials like a fridge and a cozy heating. Gary and Pip were super helpful!

The only issue was that the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from other guests. It didn't ruin our stay but was a slight distraction at times.

This place was a balanced option for a break on a long journey in Halls Gap with good price value. We loved sitting by the firepit and watching the kangaroos at dusk. it made our evening special. Bring your own snacks because nearby restaurants close early.

The friendly owners even lit a fire for us to gather around, making our stay memorable with a real family vibe.

My wife says that more dining options nearby would be great.
